Which Size Backboard Do I Need?
The proper backboard size has a lot to do with the size of your court. On a small court, the largest backboard might seem overwhelming and on a large court, the smallest backboard could become a difficult target to hit. The proper size really depends on the maximum distance you'll be able to shoot from. If the distance is less than 20 feet, the 48" backboard should be fine. If the distance is over 24' you might be happier with the 72" backboard. The 60" is a great choice for almost any court! |

All of our basketball goals are constructed of high strength powder coated steel and feature 1/2-inch thick cell cast (not extruded) acrylic backboards that need no reinforcement bars that provide consistent bounce qualities over the entire backboard, with no hot spots or dead areas. All our goals install on a common anchor system so if you move, unbolt your goal and take it with you. All you'll need is a replacement anchor at the new location.
